Sandra Costa-Inacio, CPA

As a Manager in our Tax Department, Sandra delivers the Power of More^® for clients by developing and implementing effective tax strategies, overseeing the preparation and filing of tax returns, and making sure her team and clients are up to date on the latest tax legislation. Her prior audit experience, combined with her passion and vast knowledge of tax, enables her to provide clients with a unique perspective.

Sandra possesses deep experience in managing tax planning and compliance for a wide range of companies, with a focus on the residential and commercial real estate industry, nonprofit organizations, and retail service providers. She has helped clients successfully navigate proper revenue recognition specific to their particular industries, PPP loans, book clean-up, and streamlining of reporting to build efficiencies while generating meaningful financial statements. Sandra delivers more by helping clients to understand the importance of tax planning and keeping a pulse on accurate financials throughout the year.

Prior to joining Gray, Gray & Gray in 2022, Sandra was a Tax Manager at Kevin P. Martin & Associates (now CohnReznick, LLP), and a senior accountant with Meyer, Regan, & Wilner, LLP. She is a graduate of Bryant University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MassCPAs).
