Derek will present on the IC-DISC (Interest Charge Domestic International Sales Corporation) export incentive as a potential tax savings for closely held manufacturers and distributors.
During the seminar, Derek Rawls will provide insightful tax planning strategies for clients in a wide range of industries, with both domestic and international operations. “An increasing number of closely held companies are using the often overlooked IC-DISC provisions of the Internal Revenue Code intended to help U.S. companies compete internationally,” said Rawls. “However, many companies are not utilizing this federal government incentive, or not capturing all of the available, intended and allowable benefits,” he went on to say.
