Role Description:

As part of our high-energy marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting both prospecting and client retention initiatives as well as internal firm communications and events. This hands-on position provides exposure across a broad range of marketing activities, including campaign execution, content development, digital marketing, events and administrative coordination. This ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This includes a myriad of administrative support needs such as event registrations and tracking, tradeshow materials printing and shipping, marketing distribution lists management, association membership renewals, set up of marketing campaigns within various platforms, implementation of website updates, video recording and editing, funding request forms, and beyond. Materials development assistance ranges from graphics to presentations, flyers, brochures, e-mails, newsletters, social media posts, website content, conference and seminar collateral, internal communications, and more.

The Marketing Coordinator should possess a background in marketing products or services and designing marketing materials related to digital and social media, email, print, event promotion and general communications. To achieve this, candidate must possess superior writing and editing skills, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation, editing and proofreading of marketing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy and brand consistency
  • Support the development and execution of content for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, website updates, and other external communications
  • Support internal communications needs, and assist with the company-wide Microsoft Teams channels
  • Set up marketing campaigns and communications across various platforms
  • Coordinate logistics for webinars, seminars, conferences, and other marketing events, including registrations and follow-up
  • Support management of marketing distribution lists, association memberships and renewal tracking
  • Support lead generation efforts, including tracking, reporting and data management
  • Assist with tradeshow materials production, printing, shipping and inventory
  • Support internal communications, funding request forms and ad hoc marketing initiatives
  • Assist with CRM implementation and ongoing maintenance.

  • Strong professional writing, editing and proofreading abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively while incorporating feedback and direction
  • Solid project management and follow-through skills

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of marketing or communications experience
  • Professional writing experience
  • HubSpot CRM experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or in process of MBA; Marketing, English, Communications, or equivalent concentration preferred
  • Experience supporting digital, email, print or event-based marketing initiatives
  • This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of working on-site in our Canton, MA office two days per week. This would include firm events or trainings
  • Salary range: $62,000 to $66,000 annually
