Eligibility
Open to attendees of the AIA Conference (June 2026) who complete the giveaway entry form during the Entry Period. Employees, officers, and directors of Gray, Gray & Gray and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter / Entry Period
To enter, scan the QR code and complete the entry form during the AIA Conference June 2026 (the “Entry Period”). One (1) entry per person. Entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period to be eligible. No purchase necessary. Engaging with Gray, Gray & Gray services does not increase chances of winning.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) complimentary Comments & Highlights Benchmarking Report (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $2,000). Report preparation requires access to certain business and/or financial information and execution of Gray, Gray & Gray’s standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA). If the winner does not provide required information or execute the NDA within the time requested, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize is non-transferable and no cash or prize substitutions are permitted.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Gray, Gray & Gray from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry and must respond within five (5) business days (or as otherwise stated in the notification) to claim the prize. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not timely respond, or is determined to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
General Conditions
Gray, Gray & Gray reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the giveaway, as determined by Gray, Gray & Gray in its sole discretion. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Gray, Gray & Gray and its affiliates from any claims arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize. Information submitted will be used to administer the giveaway and in accordance with Gray, Gray & Gray’s privacy practices. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, AIA.
