Liam Spillane, MBA

Liam Spillane brings a motivation and passion for assisting clients with financial due diligence and other M&A-related matters to his role as Senior Analyst in our Transaction Advisory Services department.

Utilizing his complex knowledge of data analytics and financial modeling, forecasting, accounting and reporting, Liam brings a level of confidence in addressing the needs of our clients, primarily those buying & selling lower-middle market companies. Having worked closely with a variety of these clients, Liam has gained experience with conducting key procedures including EBITDA analysis, cash flow analysis, valuation, financial statement analysis, and more.

His knowledge of financial due diligence in addition to his proven communication, interpersonal and leadership qualities have directly contributed to his growth within the firm. Liam began his career with Gray, Gray & Gray as an Intern in 2021, and was promoted to his current role of Senior Analyst in 2023.

Liam earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Economics from Bates College, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
