2024 Gray, Gray & Gray Energy Survey Launches in Early April

Canton, MA (April 1, 2024):  Gray, Gray & Gray, LLP, a business consulting and accounting firm serving the heating oil and propane industry, will launch its 33rd annual Energy Survey in early April. The online survey will be available starting on April 1 at: www.gggllp.com/energy-survey-2024. Deadline for submission is June 25, 2024. Results are expected to be released in September.

Since its inception, Gray, Gray & Gray’s Energy Survey has polled the country’s energy marketers on operational, management and financial issues, creating an informational baseline “snapshot” of the industry. The firm is partnering on the survey with Angus Energy, a respected energy services firm, who will provide statistics and data to supplement survey responses; and with the Propane Energy Research Council (PERC), which has provided guidance on the questions for the propane section of this year’s survey.

“Our annual survey has become the benchmark for management statistics for fuel delivery retailers across the U.S.,” said Marty Kirshner, CPA, MSA, partner who heads up Gray, Gray & Gray’s Energy Practice Group. “Companies use our survey results to measure their own performance, and the overall data provides a closer look at how the industry is doing, based on data that comes directly from those doing the work.”

Gray, Gray & Gray is ranked among the country’s Top 200 accounting firms by INSIDE Public Accounting magazine, which also named them to their “Best of the Best” list as one of the nation’s best-managed firms. The firm has served clients in the energy industry since 1945. Gray, Gray & Gray is a member of CPAmerica Inc., one of the largest associations of independent accounting firms in the U.S. For additional information, call (781) 407-0300 or visit www.gggllp.com.
