Eligibility
The Survey Participation Incentives (“Incentives”) are open to individuals who complete the 2026 Gray, Gray & Gray Energy & Propane Industry Survey.
Coffee Gift Card Incentive
Individuals who complete the survey in full and provide valid contact information will receive a $10 coffee gift card, delivered electronically to the email address provided. Gift cards will be issued periodically. Limit one (1) coffee gift card per individual. Receipt of the coffee gift card is not contingent upon entry into the raffle drawing.
Raffle Drawing Entry
Completion of the survey does not automatically enter an individual into the raffle drawing. To enter, participants must voluntarily provide their contact information and select the option to be entered into the drawing. Entry is optional and does not affect eligibility for the coffee gift card or access to survey results. Limit one (1) raffle entry per individual.
Raffle Prizes
Two (2) winners will be selected to receive airline gift certificates valued at:
- One (1) $1,000 gift certificate
- One (1) $500 gift certificate
Prizes are non‑transferable and no cash or prize substitutions are permitted.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the survey closing date. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
General Conditions
Gray, Gray & Gray, LLP is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable email addresses provided by participants and will not reissue or resend gift cards due to delivery issues or typographical errors. Gray, Gray & Gray reserves the right to modify or cancel the Incentives if circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity or administration of the program.
