With an extensive background in corporate and partnership tax issues, Venice Williams plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of strategic tax planning and tax compliance, while fostering close client relationships across a wide range of industries.  

With a sharp focus on detail and strategic foresight, Venice serves as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate challenges related to corporate tax, individual income tax, and multi-state taxation. Her proactive approach to tax planning and deep understanding of the financial landscape make her an invaluable resource for delivering the Power of More^® to Gray, Gray & Gray’s clients.

Internally, Venice manages several of the firm’s tax teams while fostering staff development through mentoring and training programs. She also mentors junior professionals and stays up to date on industry trends affecting clients’ tax strategies.

Venice began her career with Gray, Gray & Gray in 2009 as an intern, then joined the firm full-time in 2010. She served as a Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, and Director of Tax before she was elected Partner in 2026. Williams is a graduate of Bentley University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Business Administration, where she earned her Master of Science in Taxation.

Venice is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, where she volunteers as a guest speaker at events for high school and college students interested in accounting.
