Rich helps coordinate and execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements. His focus includes Quality of Earnings reports and targeted due diligence procedures for clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing & distribution and professional services.

Rich has been a part of Gray, Gray and Gray’s Audit & Assurance team since 2012 and has a strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting for companies of varying sizes and stages of growth.

A cum laude graduate of Saint Anselm College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Rich also holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Northeastern University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MassCPAs).
