Diane Gibson is responsible for directing an audit, supervising other engagement members and ensuring
that the engagement is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Her organizational and time management skills are well suited to directing the smooth completion of even the most complex audits.

Diane joined Gray, Gray & Gray’s staff in 1992. She has more than 36 years of accounting experience, working with a wide variety of clients in a broad range of industries. Her expertise encompasses both privately held companies and non-profit organizations.

Diane is a graduate of Bentley College, where she earned a degree in Accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MassCPAs).
