As a Manager in our Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) practice, Monique helps a wide range of businesses to streamline their financial operations and achieve sustainable growth and success. Her team delivers the “Power of More®” to clients through outsourced accounting, financial reporting, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Monique takes a hands-on approach, working closely with business owners and leadership teams to implement tailored accounting solutions, enhance cash flow management, and ensure compliance. With a strong foundation in accounting principles and a passion for problem-solving, Monique plays a vital role in supporting our clients’ financial operations. This includes responsibility for preparing and reviewing federal, state, and local tax returns for closely held businesses, individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.

Before joining Gray, Gray & Gray in 2008, Monique held tax accounting positions with Patterson & Gerry; Freedberg, Derba & Tardiff; Boston Technologies; and Estabrook & Company. She is a graduate of Northeastern University, where she earned a BA in Accounting. Monique is a longtime volunteer with Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts, serving as the organization’s National Delegate since 2017.
