Alyson provides technical guidance on compliance matters, and ensures quality deliverables across reviews, agreed-upon procedures, and Uniform Guidance audits.

With a keen eye for detail and strong leadership abilities, Alyson mentors team members while maintaining direct client relationships. She coordinates engagement planning, supervises fieldwork execution, and performs critical reviews of workpapers to ensure accuracy and adherence to professional standards. Her ability to identify process improvements and communicate complex accounting issues makes her an invaluable resource to both clients and colleagues.

Before joining Gray, Gray & Gray, LLP, Alyson held the position of Assurance Manager at a certified public accounting firm in Tallahassee, Florida, where she developed her proficiency in conducting comprehensive audits and strengthening client service delivery.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University, establishing a solid foundation for her successful career in public accounting. She is a member of MassCPAs and the AICPA.
