In his role as a Manager, Maxwell oversees a team of tax professionals, guiding them through complex tax returns for corporate clients. He regularly reviews tax filings, ensures compliance with federal and state tax laws, and identifies opportunities for tax optimization. Maxwell also plays a crucial role in client communications, explaining intricate tax matters in clear, accessible terms.

Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, Maxwell actively participates in tax planning meetings with senior management and key clients, offering strategic advice to minimize tax liabilities while maintaining regulatory compliance. He has developed a reputation for his meticulous attention to detail and deep knowledge of tax regulations and has been instrumental in delivering The Power of More® to our clients.

Maxwell joined Gray, Gray & Gray in 2023, after starting his accounting career at Ernst & Young. He is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting. Maxwell is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MassCPAs).
