Prior to joining Gray, Gray & Gray in 2022, Carol gained extensive experience as a Tax Manager at several prominent accounting firms, including RSM McGladrey; David Merfeld, CPA, and CohnReznick.

Carol is a graduate of Bentley University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and Master of Science in Taxation. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MassCPAs).
